AgentUp agrees to provide a workstation and high speed internet for all Virtual Assistants. AgentUp will not provide any additional software, unless the client specifically asks for software to be installed on the VA's workstation.

AgentUp is happy to have a VA use additional software so long as the Client pays for the cost of the additional software and IT knows what is on each AgentUp workstation.

For additional Adobe software, AgentUp can purchase a month to month license and add the monthly subscription charge for the software to the client’s monthly bill.

The Client can also purchase the license themselves and provide the login information or the appropriate code to allow the software to be installed on the VA's workstation.
