The Client can and should communicate directly with each active staff member via the communication platforms of the Client’s choice, including but not limited to a Client provided an email address, video, voice and IM services such as Slack, Skype, Zoom or another similar telecommunication service. All communication services shall be provided by the Client to the Client’s staff members and at the sole cost of the Client.

The Client shall be solely responsible for providing each staff member with on-going work assignments and the management thereof, including but not limited to project and task management activities. The Provider and any of its employees not assigned to the Client shall not be required to provide or engage in any management of the Client’s business activities or projects.
